In the autumn of 2005, Jämsän Naisvoimistelijat celebrated its 100th anniversary. The one-hundred-year-old women's gymnastic club has kept the women of the Jämsä river valley on the move from generation to generation. The important rhythmic instrument of the beginning, the tambourine, has been put away, but the club is still going strong and offers versatile activities.

The club offers everything from jazz and contemporary dance and keep-fit exercise classes for adults to gymnastics for kids.
